The Garden Shed is a not-for-profit club launched in April 2017 by two amateur, enthusiastic, local gardeners, Pauline Davis and Susie Gowenlock. In 2021 we were joined by Cathy Lee, to help with the increasing workload. It offers a chance for like-minded local people to meet regularly and to share a common interest through a variety of events and activities.

The aims of the group are: -

     *         To meet monthly to provide social, informative and resourceful events

     *         Share plants, cutting, seeds and ideas

     *         Visit our own local gardens 

     *         Arrange occasional speakers and talks

     *         Walks with a guide to explore a topic

     *         Arrange to join courses together

     *         Plan outings to gardens and places of horticultural interest further afield

There is no membership fee. The only charges we make are to cover the cost of venues, speakers, visits and courses.

We can now offer a discount card to all those on our mailing list and will be available at any of our events. This will entitle you to 10% discount on approved items, purchased from
